1 med onion, chopped
750 g lean ground beef
250 ml French’s® Mississippi Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
125 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Sweet or Spicy Mustard
6 hamburger rolls
Preparation Method
- HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet. Sauté onion 3 min, until tender.
- ADD beef to skillet. Cook until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain well.
- STIR in barbecue sauce and mustard. Simmer about 5 min. until flavours are blended. Serve over hamburger rolls.
Notes
Top Sloppy Joes with French's® Crunchy Onions. For a change of pace, add 125 ml chopped green or red bell pepper.
