Crunchy Onion Fish Tacos

180 ml Frank’s RedHot® Spicy Sweet and Sour, divided
450 g mahi mahi or other firm white fish fillets
30 ml mayonnaise
30 ml lime juice
1 l coleslaw mix
250 ml French’s® Crunchy Onions  
4 corn or flour tortillas, warmed

Preparation Method

  • POUR 60ml Frank’s RedHot® Spicy Sweet and Sour  sauce over fish. Marinate up to 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • COMBINE 60ml Frank’s RedHot® Spicy Sweet and Sour, mayonnaise and lime juice. Stir in coleslaw mix and French’s® Crunchy Onions.
  • REMOVE mahi mahi from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil mahi mahi 10 minutes or until done, turning once and brushing with remaining 60ml Sweet and Sour Sauce.
  • BREAK fish into pieces. Serve fish in warm tortillas. Top with slaw and additional Crunchy Onions.
