79 g French’s® Crunchy Onions
30 ml all-purpose flour
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten

Preparation Method

  • CRUSH French’s® Crunchy Onions with flour in plastic bag.
  • DIP chicken into egg. Coat in onion crumbs. Press firmly to adhere.
  • BAKE at 200°C for 20 min. until no longer pink in centre.
