Crunchy Onion Bacon Potatoes

1.5 kgs prepared mashed potatoes
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
500 ml shredded cheddar cheese
500 ml French’s® Crunchy Onions
- PREHEAT oven to 180°C. Layer half of the potatoes in a 20cm square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 250ml cheese and 250ml French’s® Crunchy Onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
- BAKE 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and French’s® Crunchy Onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
