Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders

500 ml French’s® Crunchy Onions
50 ml mayonnaise
50 ml grated Parmesan cheese
500 g boneless chicken tenders

Preparation Method

  • CRUSH French’s® Crunchy Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
  • COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • BAKE at 200° C for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in centre.

Notes

  • If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm wide strips.
