Grilled Chicken Sandwich
with Smokey Yellow Mustard Aioli

60 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard  
100 ml mayonnaise
5 ml roasted garlic or 1 clove garlic, minced
15 ml smoked paprika
salt
120 m red onion, chopped
30 ml sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
4 9-Grain bun, or wheat, toasted
72g lettuce , shredded
4 Chicken breast, boneless, 5-6 oz., seasoned, grilled

Preparation Method

  • TO MAKE aioli, combine first 7 ingredients. Hold refrigerated.
  • SPREAD bottom bun with 15ml aioli. Top with lettuce.
  • PLACE grilled chicken breast on lettuce and top with 30ml more aioli and bun top.
