Louisiana Cowboy Dogs

80 ml dill pickle juice
15 ml granulated sugar
280 g coleslaw with extra carrots
4 dill pickle spears, thinly sliced
58 g thinly sliced red onion, (optional)
160 ml French’s® Louisiana Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce or any flavour
120 ml French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard
8 bun length hot dogs, grilled
8 hot dog buns, toasted

Preparation Method

  • COMBINE pickle juice and sugar in medium bowl.
  • ADD coleslaw, pickles and red onion and toss to coat.
  • COMBINE BBQ Sauce and Mustard; set aside.
  • SPREAD each bun with about 2 tablespoon BBQ mixture.
  • TOP with hot dog, and slaw mixture.
  • DRIZZLE with additional BBQ Mustard Sauce.
